The show she played in 92 performances were praised by Canadian theater critics. The actor was invited to join Stratford's conservatory program, where the top eight men and four females are selected for a course lasting 20 weeks in classical theatre, which she gladly accepted. Contractor's spot was assured during the upcoming series of plays, and she landed Hermia's part in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
